Great news! We don't store any personal or browsing data from unregistered users on our servers.
Individual Member
To delete your individual account, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in using your username, password and access code.
2. Click on the "Account" menu.
3. Select "Delete My Account".
Organization or Enterprise
An administrator can delete your organization's account. Here's how:
1. Log in using the administrator credentials.
2. Click on the "Corporate" menu.
3. Select "Request Deletion of Our Corporate Account".
4. You will receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, your entire corporate account, including all associated user accounts, will be deleted.
